Swedish Massage

I use long flowing strokes to relax and warm up the muscle tissue with light pressure.   Promotes overall relaxation, reduces stress, improves blood flow, increases flexibility, decrease pain and improves sleep.

Deep Tissue Massage

I use slow, deep strokes with deep pressure to focus on deeper layers of the muscles.  I will target specific areas of tension and pain. Decreases chronic pain, aids in recovery from injuries, breaks down scar tissue, improves posture and improve athletic performance.

Cupping

I use magnetic suction cups with quick release to create negative pressure.  This therapy releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue and brings blood flow to the stagnant skin and muscles.  It feels great and allows deep relaxation through the entire body.

Pre-Natal Massage

I have a unique support cushion, so the soon to be mommy can lay comfortably on her stomach.  This allows for me to massage her back, hips and glutes to decrease pain and tension.

Sound Therapy

A variety of different instruments are used throughout the massage to raise your vibration frequency and helps calm the nervous system.   Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, quartzophone, gongs, handpan, flute, chimes, tuning forks and rawhide drums are used to enhance the treatment session.

Reflexology

I massage your feet and lower legs for 60 minutes to decrease pain and tension.
